Payment Plan Options: The Jazz Cruise has several payment plan options available to you for the Cruise. By taking advantage of one or more of the payment plan options, you authorize The Jazz Cruise to charge your Credit Card or other method of payment in compliance with your selected payment plan without any additional notice being given to you. You also expressly agree not to dispute any credit card charges associated with this trip.

Passport Policy: The requirements described below are required by government regulations and policies. They are subject to change without notice.  We strongly recommend that all guests travel with a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity during their cruise. For voyages that begin and end in the same U.S. Port, U.S. citizens may travel with both a Government-issued birth certificate and Government-issued picture ID card, such as a driver’s license.

It is your responsibility to identify and obtain all required travel documents and have them available at the pier when necessary. These appropriate valid travel documents such as passports, visas, inoculation certificate and family legal documents are required for boarding and re-entry into the United States and other countries.

If you do not possess the proper documentation you may be prevented from boarding your flight or ship, or from entering a country, and you may be subject to fines. No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation. Guests on consecutive sailings must ensure they have the proper travel documents for their entire cruise vacation.

Cancellation Policy: All payments to The Jazz Cruise are non-refundable. The Jazz Cruise may modify itineraries and schedules, change onboard entertainers and schedules, and/or delay or change departures or arrivals without any further obligation to you.  The Jazz Cruise reserves the right to cancel your reservation at any time at our sole discretion, and/or to refuse service to any person for any reason or for no reason. The Jazz Cruise will not be responsible for any loss incurred due to a cancelled/delayed flight or other means of transportation.

Included/Excluded Charges:  Advertised cabin prices are based upon double occupancy, except and unless they are designated as a “Single”.  The price does not include airfare, ground transportation, onboard purchases, purchased drinks onboard or excursions. It does include meals (except for meals at the specialty restaurants), shows and onboard events produced by The Jazz Cruise The per person cost of 3rd and 4th passengers in a stateroom is $1,850/person.

Credit Cards/Cancellation Fees: The Jazz Cruise reserves the right to charge additional fees for returned payments, late payments, missed payments, canceled cards, chargebacks, credit card changes, invalid credit cards, cancellations and cancellations as a result of your failure to comply with any requests by The Jazz Cruise . 

Travel Insurance/Trip Protection: All payments to The Jazz Cruise are non-refundable so we strongly encourage the purchase of Travel Protection. Please inquire at the time of booking about Travel Protection, as certain benefits are time sensitive, including Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) and coverage for pre-existing conditions. Though insurance may be purchased up to 48 hours prior to sailing, to secure the broadest coverage, Travel Insurance must be purchased within 14 days of the payment of your deposit.

Currency: Unless otherwise noted, all prices on the website and any fees associated with the Cruise including any applicable taxes are quoted in United States Dollars (“USD”). All payments to The Jazz Cruise will be charged in USD to your selected payment method. You may incur an additional fee by your bank or credit card processor if it is an international transaction.

Age Restrictions: Passengers must be 21 years of age or older on date ship embarks. Passengers who are between the ages of 18-20 are permitted to sail if they are accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or booked in the same or adjoining cabin. Guests who are 17 and under are not permitted to sail on our cruises.

Liability: By booking a cabin you expressly agree to be bound by and accept the The Jazz Cruise Terms and Conditions. If you fail to accept the The Jazz Cruise Terms and Conditions in the time frame and manner determined by The Jazz CruiseThe Jazz Cruise  reserves the right to cancel your reservation with no refund to you.

The Jazz Cruise  its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers and directors (collectively “The Jazz Cruise ”) does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip, including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, local ground operators, guides, sightseeing companies, entertainment, food or drink service providers, equipment suppliers, etc. As a result, The Jazz Cruise is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any person or entity, nor is The Jazz Cruise responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any person or entity it does not own or control, nor for any act or inaction of any other third party not under its control.
