DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, OTHER CHARGES & INSURANCE: DEPOSITS:
$450/person
for an Inside Stateroom, $550/per person for an Outside Stateroom and
$650/per person for a Suite (Due Upon Reservation) OTHER CHARGES:
The
above rates are “cruise only” (double occupancy) and do not include
airfare, governmental fees & taxes, gratuities and processing fees.
The charge for all other fees described above is $250/passenger and
will be billed with balance due. Third and fourth persons may
occupy a stateroom, subject to approval, at a rate of $800/passenger.
If requested the staff of The Jazz Cruise can assist you with airfare,
hotel accommodations and transfers.
PAYMENT TERMS and SCHEDULE:
Balance Due 30 days After Reservation.
REFUND POLICY:
Reservation Canceled Before Balance Due – 50% of Deposit Refunded.
Cancellation After July 16, 2007 But On or Before September 30, 2007 –
50% of Fare Forfeited.
Cancellation after September 30, 2007 – 100% of Fare Forfeited.
Cancellations,
to be affective, must be in writing and shall be effective as of the
date received. Travel/Trip Insurance, which may cover these
cancellation charges, is available, but must be purchased within two
weeks of the Deposit for pre-existing conditions or anytime before
final payment for other causes.
