The Reservation Procedure is very easy. Just follow the directions and you will be able to reserve a cabin on The Jazz Cruise 2013 (January 27 – February 3, 2013). The Reservation Procedure will vary depending upon whether you have sailed with us before, how many times you have sailed with us and when you are completing your reservation.

The first step is to determine your Guest Category. There are currently three Guest Categories:

• 2012 Guests: Guests sailing on The Jazz Cruise 2012
• 2012 Wait List Guests: Guests who joined our Waiting List for The Jazz Cruise 2012
• Returning Guests: Guests who have sailed with Jazz Cruises at least once, but are not sailing on TJC 2012
• New Guests: Guests sailing with Jazz Cruises for the first time

Once you know your Guest Category, please go to the Reservation Procedures section immediately adjacent to this section. You will see that the Reservation Procedures is divided based upon the date that you are making your reservation. The only applicable procedure now is “Reservation Procedures Until January 31, 2012”. You can review the later procedure details, if you wish, but they are not applicable until those dates. You can then read the various terms and conditions that apply to your Guest Category at this time. Thereafter you will proceed directly to the Reservation Request Form, where you will follow the prompts and complete your Reservation other than credit card information which we will secure by contacting you upon receipt of your Reservation Request Form.

 Reservation Procedures • until January 31, 2012

Reservation: To reserve a cabin for the 2013 cruise, any guest must complete the Reservation Form or call the office and speak to a reservationist who will enter the required information.

Pricing: Guests will pay the rate which corresponds to the Guest’s cruising status with Jazz Cruises.

• 2012 Guests and Returning Guests - Automatically eligible for the Returning Guest Rate and may qualify for the 4 or More Rate. (*)
• New Guests - Public Rate
• (*)Guests may call the office to determine if they qualify for the 4 or More Rate.

Deposit:

• All Guests – Deposit is due at time of reservation
• Deposit is fully refundable through February 29, 2012

Cabin Selection:

• 2012 Guests - Have the exclusive right until January 31, 2012 to rebook their current cabin.
• 2012 Wait List Guests - Will receive a cabin assignment on January 31, 2012.
• Returning Guests - Will receive a cabin assignment on February 3, 2012.
• New Guests - Will receive a cabin assignment by February 10, 2012 and their Reservation is contingent pending their approval of the cabin assignment.
